• You consult the project planning and technical documents (plans, specifications, etc.) and coordinate with the project manager.
• You look ahead (about 2 weeks) to prevent possible errors or delays, you order the necessary materials and you check the work of your team for quality, procedures and planning.
• You divide the work among the (assistant) fitters, taking into account the occupancy and workload and you explain the work to your team in a clear manner.
• You cooperate as a fitter where possible and necessary.
• You adjust the route of the installation in case of unforeseen obstacles in terms of implementation.
• You provide the necessary information so that plans are adjusted by the draftsman or work planner to the actual situation on the site.
• You register the work carried out and materials used.
• You communicate with and, together with the project manager, you look for solutions in case of problems or changing circumstances.
• You coordinate with the site manager/project manager of the main contractor.

• Attractive salary depending on your skills and experience, between 18,39€ and 21€ gross/h

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a fitter of new HVAC-S installations in non-residential construction (schools, nursing homes, sports halls, etc.) and a broad interest in installation technology of the most diverse types of installations, both in heating, cooling and sanitary facilities.
• You take charge of your team and manage them,
• You can work well together.
• You have good spatial insight and can read plans.
• You work proactively and are stress-resistant.
• You speak English
