The start of IMPACT.
IMPACT was founded with one clear goal in mind - to create qualitative and sustainable employment. From its first offices in Leuven and Neerpelt, IMPACT Interim entered the war for talent as a generalist temporary employment agency. In 2000, a third office was opened in Geel.
Innovation with International Distance Matching
In June 2006, IMPACT pioneered the concept of International Distance Matching on the Belgian labor market. This involves recruiting specialized international personnel for bottleneck occupations. In this way IMPACT responds early to a structural challenge that is still relevant today: filling critical vacancies with the right talent, regardless of borders.
Growth & change
Over the years, IMPACT strengthened its position as a reliable HR partner for labor profiles. With new branches, innovative tools and strong collaborations, we grew into an established value in Belgium.
