Application

You apply for a specific job from the job list or you choose to apply spontaneously. You can apply quickly and without a resume.

Tip: If you attach a resume, we can help you even better as well as show you other suitable jobs if you wish.

Matching

We get to work on your application. Your resume and motivation are a starting point for checking whether your skills, experience and wishes match the absolute requirements for the job.

Is there still something missing for the perfect match? Then the IMPACT offices in your area will look for another job that is an excellent fit for you, just like a spontaneous application.

Conversation with IMPACT.

We understand all too well that a resume doesn't tell everything. That’s why we take the time to really get to know you through one or more interviews.

This helps us match your expectations with the right employer. Certain jobs will also require you to complete some tests.

If you’re an international talent, your interview will take place via Teams or Skype.

Employer's decision

You have already convinced us! We will recommend you to the company or companies involved and schedule an interview if we receive positive feedback.

During that interview with your potential new employer, you will get to know the people behind the company, convince them of your added value and discuss any questions.
