Adjust waiting times based onviscosityandtemperatureto ensure the resin cures correctly.
Use a brush to redistribute gelcoat, preventing thickness variations and streak formation for a smooth finish.
Maintain strict "no-touch" protocols to ensure hands, shoes, or clothes do not damage or contaminate the mold surface.
Prepare, calibrate, and clean thespraying machine, including performing color changes and fixing minor technical malfunctions.
Ensure a perfectly even layer thickness across the entire surface to meet structural and aesthetic standards

Full time

• Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
