Your tasks

- Accueil téléphonique et physique des clients

- Gestion du planning informatique de rendez-vous

- Suivi des procédures du département SAV

- Facturation et suivi des dossiers des clients

- Relance des clients en compte et suivi des dossiers

- Maîtrise des actions commerciales et promotions, vente des services après-vente

- Planification des rendez-vous en atelier en fonction du planning
