The job
Your tasks
As a polisher you are the link in the pouring, polishing and finishing of concrete floors at various sites in the Limburg region. You are responsible for:
- You place the edge formwork, profiles, insulation;
- You shield the walls against the concrete panes;
- you lay and polish traditional concrete floors mostly for private clients, surfaces from 80 to 250 m²
- you lay subfloor and floor isolation
- you prepare the workplace and concrete

- Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
- Salary from 15 €, depends on the experience
- Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - payable 72€/week
- Refund of transport cost to Belgium up to 125€ after four work weeks
- End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
- Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary

Your profile
This is what you need
- You have experience on a similar position with laying/pouring and polishing concrete floors or you have an affinity with construction, even if you do not have immediate work experience
- You have technical insight to be able to read construction plans
- You are customer-oriented and a real team player, but you can also work independently
- VCA certificate is a plus and technical education in construction field is an advantage
- You speak communicative English and you have a driving license
- You are a team player, are reliable and punctual
- You are flexible (sometimes working overtime)
- You are open for long term cooperation (not just a few months)
