It does not matter which temporary employment agencies you worked for during the reference period. All your days worked are added together. As a temporary worker, you are entitled to an end-of-year bonus if you meet any of these conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You worked <strong>a minimum of 65 days<\/strong> in a five-day system during the reference period<\/li>\n<li>You worked <strong>at least 78 days<\/strong> during the reference period in a six-day system<\/li>\n<li>You worked <strong>a minimum of 494 hours<\/strong> during the reference period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you meet the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondsinterim.be\/eindejaarspremie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conditions <\/a>, you will receive a form from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondsinterim.be\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Social Fund for Temporary Workers<\/a> in December. You will be awarded an end-of-year premium amounting to \u00b1 8.33% of the gross pay you earned during your reference period. However, some important <strong>conditions<\/strong> apply:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"checks\">\n<li>You notify IMPACT before the start of your work. We notify our client &#8211; your principal &#8211; immediately.<\/li>\n<li>You submit your medical certificate\/sick bill to IMPACT within 48 hours.<\/li>\n<li>You have at least one calendar month of seniority with IMPACT.
