You work in the coatings department of this company in Pelt.

The job

For our client in Pelt, we are looking for a production worker in the coatings department.Some of your responsibilities:You will apply gelcoat to molds ranging from 2 to 100 m².You will observe instructions, spray patterns, layer thicknesses, etc.You will consider viscosity and temperature regarding the waiting time.You will apply gelcoat in very thin layers to prevent air pockets, sagging, and pigment loss.You will distribute the gelcoat correctly with a brush to prevent thickness variations and streaking.You will ensure an even thickness and finish.You will ensure that the molds do not come into contact with hands, shoes, clothing, or other objects that could damage the mold.You will prepare, set up, and clean the spray machine.You will change the gelcoat color.You will troubleshoot minor malfunctions on the spray machines.
