Your tasks

As a Natural Stone Worker, you will be an integral part of our skilled team, contributing to the creation of custom natural stone products for various projects. You will have the opportunity to work with various types of natural stone and use your craftsmanship to bring our clients' visions to life. Collaboration, attention to detail and dedication to quality are central to our work.

  • Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
  • Salary depends on the experience, start salary 18€ -19€ gross per hour.
  • Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - markt conform prices.
  • Refund of transport cost to Belgium up to 125€ after four work weeks
  • End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
  • Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary

Your profile

This is what you need
  • Accurately cutting, grinding and polishing natural stone to exact specifications.
  • Expertly assembling and installing natural stone products at project sites.
  • Regular maintenance and calibration of natural stone processing equipment.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure excellence of finished pieces.
  • Effective team collaboration to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Prioritize safety and compliance with relevant industry standards and guideline

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a natural stone fabricator or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of different types of natural stone, tools and processing techniques.
  • Skill in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Physical strength and stamina to meet the demands of the job.
  • A keen eye for detail and a dedicated commitment to delivering perfection.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and skills.
  • You speak Dutch or English, Polish is a plus point.
