The job
Your tasks
Responsibilities:
- Measuring workpieces (shafts and flanges) with an accuracy of 0.01 mm
- Correct turning of shafts and bearing fits
- Restoring bearing fits and sealing surfaces by means of thermal spraying techniques
- Milling keyways in shafts
- Bushing covers and flanges; boring lids
- Reading and drawing up mechanical drawings
- Making adjustments to mechanical drives
- Performing drilling, tapping and pressing assignments
- Actively participate in the safety policy
- The turning work on conventional lathes
- The milling work on conventional milling machines
- Measuring workpieces using micrometers
- The spraying (thermal spraying technique) of workpieces.
