The job
Your tasks

Adjusting of cutting and shaping tools and cutting or changing the elements (profiles, tubes, boards
- Determining the assembly and necessary materials with the help of instructions and technical files
- Mark structures, weld and assembly points
- Assembly of structures according to plans and guidelines
- Check dimensions, shapes, welds, ... and make the necessary adjustment in case of deformations or errors in the alignments
- Recording data for production and quality control(malfunctions, interventions, ...)
- Welding metal, inox and aluminium
- Welding constructions like stairs, gates, rails
- Welding with TIG and half automatic method
- Control of the delivered pieces (own manufacture or purchased)
- Ensuring a clean and safe workstation and use of the crane and lift truck.

- Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
- Salary from 15,00 € gross/hour, depends on the experience
- Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - payable 72€/week
- Refund of transport cost to Belgium up to 125€ after four work weeks
- End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
- Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary

Your profile
This is what you need
- Qualified welder with semi-automatic (process 135) - depending on the job content, department or product for which he is engaged
- General technical skills such as grinding, cutting, measuring skills
- Experience in work preparation
- Perfect compilation and reading of construction plans, after obtaining a clear assignment, work independently
- Able to work in a structured way, eye for detail, extensive experience
- Analytical skills and work solution-oriented
- Knowledge for operating CNC - controlled machines – nice to have
- Able to perform visual inspection according to acceptance criteria
- Having min 3 years years experience
- Speaking English on a communicative level
