The job

Your tasks
  • Production of swimming pools from polyester
  • Preparing and spraying the gel-coat
  • Performing a major repair from A to Z
  • Grinding and applying fiber-reinforced polyester
  • Bringing the whole back into the correct form
  • Applying the gelcoat (by machine, not manually)
  • Sanding the applied gelcoat smooth, until polishing and then polishing until scratches have disappeared
  • Assembly and testing
  • Driving a forklift
  • Packing and loading trucks
  • Working with various resins and coatings

  • Full time

  • Fully legal employment according to Belgian law among which social security, health insurance, building up the right for a Belgian pension
  • Salary 14,5406€ gross/hour + a lot of overtime paid 150%
  • Furnished accommodation - single rooms, unlimited internet, water, gas and electricity included - payable 72€/week
  • Refund of transport cost to Belgium up to 125€ after four work weeks
  • End of year bonus - 8,33% of gross yearly salary
  • Holiday bonus - 15,38% of gross yearly salary

Your profile

This is what you need
  • 1-2 years experience with Gel-Coating (sprayers/guns)
  • Min. good English
  • Experience in welding (any method)
  • Team spirit and accuracy
  • Flexibility for extra hours
