Salary
As a temporary employee, you earn just as much as a permanent employee with the same tasks and responsibilities, assuming you are the same age and have the same level of experience. Your salary is stated clearly in your contract and will be paid on a weekly basis.
Attractive salary
Your salary will be based on your skills and experience and will be supplemented with premiums and other statutory benefits.
Holiday bonus
Based on the number of days you worked in the previous year, you will receive a holiday bonus of 15.38% of your gross annual salary, to be paid out in June.
End-of-year bonus
If you meet the criteria, you will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33% of your gross salary.
Fringe benefits
Companies are free to determine which fringe benefits to offer their employees. These benefits are subject to the equal pay principle: if your colleagues are entitled to benefits, you are too. IMPACT will ensure that the correct administrative procedures are followed.
Vouchers
Many companies offer meal vouchers and eco cheques that can be redeemed in supermarkets and certain shops.
Allowances
If you meet the criteria, you may be entitled to reimbursement of your commuting expenses.
Leave days
Your leave is determined by the number of days you worked the year before. You will be free on public holidays.
