You will be required to take certain actions, otherwise you are not entitled to a guaranteed income.

• You must notify IMPACT before the start of your work. We will notify the client – your ‘employer’ – immediately.
• You must deliver your medical certificate/fit note to IMPACT within 48 hours.
• You must have at least one calendar month of seniority at IMPACT. Your statutory seniority disappears if you don't work for us for more than 7 days.
