Absolutely! Although you don’t have a permanent contract as a temp, you do build up seniority. Only the calculation will be different when you compare it to permanent employees. In case of a temp, not the number of years is considered, but the periods of activity at IMPACT or other temporary employment agencies.

What does that mean? All the days worked of all your temporary contracts will be added up. This is how you build up your seniority as a temp. Please note: if you do not work for IMPACT for more than 7 consecutive days, your seniority will drop back to 0.
