You are entitled to a 'guaranteed salary' during the period in which you are ill. However, some important conditions apply:

• You must notify IMPACT before the start of your work. We will notify the client – your ‘employer’ – immediately.
• You must deliver your medical certificate/fit note to IMPACT within 48 hours.
• You must have at least one calendar month of seniority at IMPACT. Your statutory seniority disappears if you don't work for us for more than 7 days.
